BlackRock Advisors, LLC has announced that the BlackRock Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MUI), hereafter referred to as “the Fund,” will redeem all of its outstanding Series W-7 Variable Rate Demand Preferred Shares on September 27, 2024. The redemption price will be set at $100,000 per share, which reflects the liquidation preference. Shareholders will also receive accumulated and unpaid dividends up to the day before the redemption date.
