Despite this daily gain, the cryptocurrency has experienced a 17.55% decline in value over the past week, trading between $0.2771 and $0.4077 during that period. The volume of Cardano traded in the last 24 hours was approximately $927.77 million, representing 0.48% of the total cryptocurrency trading volume. Cardano is currently down 89.32% from its all-time high of $3.10, achieved on September 2, 2021.
In contrast, Bitcoin was last recorded at $55,871.60 on the Index, reflecting a 5.91% increase for the day. Ethereum also saw gains, trading at $2,520.44, which represents a 9.26% increase.
Bitcoin’s market capitalization stood at $1.104 trillion, comprising 55.65% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum’s market cap was $303.51 billion, making up 15.30% of the total market value.
