Artex, the subsidiary of Gallagher focused on alternative risk and capital, has welcomed the team from Bee Insurance Management Ltd., based in Malta, into its fold under the Artex EMEA umbrella.
Bee Insurance Management Ltd. has been recognized for its comprehensive array of client services, encompassing underwriting, claims management, accounting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investment reporting.
Simon Camilleri, previously the managing director at Bee Insurance, assumes the role of executive director at Artex. In his new capacity, Camilleri will continue to oversee client service operations while providing strategic support to Artex EMEA’s business development initiatives, thereby bolstering Artex’s presence in the market.
Paul Eaton, CEO of Artex EMEA, expressed optimism about the integration, stating, “Incorporating this portfolio into Artex EMEA marks a significant milestone in our growth trajectory and global footprint, enriching our capabilities, expertise, and service offerings to the benefit of our clients.”
