Hong Kong Stocks Close Higher; Mainland Indices See Decline
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index closed with gains on Monday, rising by 1.3 percent to settle at 17,635 points.
Conversely, mainland markets experienced a downturn. The blue-chip CSI300 Index fell by 0.7 percent, breaking its seven-day winning streak. The Shanghai Composite Index also declined, registering a 0.6 percent drop.
