DWF, a leading provider of integrated legal and business services, has bolstered its global Claims Management & Adjusting (CMA) division with strategic appointments. Darren Goldman has been named Head of North America, while Antonio Herrera Sancho assumes the role of Claims Director for Spain.
Goldman, who joins DWF from International Programs Group where he served as President and previously as General Manager at QBE Services in Toronto, Canada, brings 27 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly within the London market. In his new role, he will oversee CMA operations across the USA and Canada, managing a team of approximately 70 claims management and adjusting professionals based in key offices including Chicago, Charlotte, Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Goldman stated, “I am excited to lead the talented CMA team as the regional director for the North American business. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive innovation and deliver outstanding support to our growing client base.”
Meanwhile, Antonio Herrera Sancho, with over two decades of experience in the banking and insurance sectors, has held senior positions at prominent domestic and international firms including Aon, HomeServe, Allianz, RTS, Legalitas, and Santalucia. Prior to joining DWF, he served as Strategic Partnerships Director at Santalucia, playing a pivotal role in the company’s expansion. Herrera Sancho’s appointment marks the establishment of CMA’s presence in Spain, aligning with DWF’s global growth strategy.

These appointments follow DWF’s recent announcement of its acquisition of Proclaim, Australia’s leading claims management business, underscoring its commitment to expanding its integrated CMA services globally. With operations now spanning the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Canada, the USA, Australia, and Spain, DWF offers a comprehensive solution encompassing volume claims management, adjusting, consultancy, and legal expertise across over 60 countries.
